We work fast to get your order to you. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- If you need to make a change: Please email info@chutery.com immediately with the subject line "URGENT: Change Order".
- Please Note: Once an order has entered the processing or transit phase, we are unable to modify the address or cancel the shipment. As per our policy, Chutery cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
I didn't receive an order confirmation. What happened?
An automated confirmation email is sent immediately upon purchase. If you haven't received it:
- Check your "Spam" or "Promotions" folder.
- Verify that you entered the correct email address at checkout.
- If you still can't find it, contact info@chutery.com so we can locate your order and resend the receipt.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Note, it can take up to 7 days for shipping activity to update.

My tracking number isn't updating. Is it lost?
Not necessarily. Once you receive your tracking number, it typically takes 48–72 hours for the first scan to show up as the carrier processes the package. If your order hasn't moved after 5 business days, please contact us.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Please email us at info@chutery.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement.
How do I start a return?
Please do not ship items back without approval. Email returns@chutery.com with your order number and a photo of the unopened product to receive your Return Authorization (RMA) number.
