3. Pricing and Currency

4. Payment Timing and Confirmation

  • Immediate Charge: For most payment methods (Credit Cards, PayPal, Digital Wallets), payment is charged immediately upon completion of the checkout process.

  • Order Confirmation: Once payment is successfully authorized, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number and receipt.

  • Failed Payments: If your payment is declined or fails, your order will not be processed. We recommend checking your billing details or contacting your bank/card issuer.

5. Third-Party Payment Providers (Klarna & Shop Pay)

If you choose to use Klarna or Shop Pay Installments to finance your purchase:

  • You are subject to the specific terms and conditions of those third-party providers.

  • These services may perform a soft credit check or require further identity verification.

  • Chutery has no control over the approval or rejection of financing applications through these providers.

6. Billing Information Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. If your billing information (such as billing address or expiry date) is incorrect, it may result in a delay or cancellation of your order.

7. Refunds and Disputes

Refunds generally take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer. All refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment used during the purchase.
